In 2021, through the Australian Sports Foundation, Kingston Beach Sailing Club launched a project to upgrade our clubhouse.

Thanks to our supporters we raised over $21,000.

We thought we were in a good position to receive a government grant and this amount was to be the Club’s initial contribution.

Unfortunately, we were not successful (twice), but remain optimistic that the value of our continuing community relationships will allow for some government assistance.

Following recent rains, the roof/guttering will need prioritising, and our preferred option for cladding of the clubhouse will be downgraded to painting.
